Giving Tree

THE CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE WILL BE
DECORATED AND IN THE CHURCH FOYER ON
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27!

Please take an ornament tag which has a designated item on it for you to purchase. Your gifts benefit St. Martha’s Hall, a shelter for abused women and their children, St. Elizabeth’s Residential Care Center (for senior citizens) and for the second year, St. Louis Catholic Academy! (We included this school after Holy Trinity closed its doors last year and many students transferred to this north St Louis school.)

Please only wrap the gifts going to the residents of St. Elizabeth’s Residential Care Center, with the blue tag taped to the package.

We ask that you DO NOT wrap items going to St. Louis Catholic Academy. Attach the green tag to the gift so that we know where to send it. The children choose a gift for their parents or siblings from the items you purchase and they wrap their selections themselves.

Please DO NOT wrap items going to St. Martha’s Hall. Attach the red tag to your purchase so that we know where to deliver it. The staff will sort everything and make sure that every family leaving St. Martha’s Hall has what they need to set up their own housekeeping.

Please bring your presents and place them around the Giving Tree on Saturday, December 11th or Sunday, December 12th before or after any of the Masses. All gifts will be sorted and delivered after the 11:30 Mass on Sunday, December 12th.

This program relies solely on your generosity!

You’ll never find more appreciative people than those who expect so little!

We ask that you please do not bring your gifts early to keep the church foyer clear for parishioners gathering for Mass, wedding and funeral services.
