Friday Night – Adult celebration with BBQ, drinks, live music, and games. This is also the night we celebrate the alumni of our school, so gather your classmates and enjoy the evening. Free seating will be available, but you can also bring your own lawn chairs. Parking will be free.

Saturday – BBQ starts at 1:00pm. We have expanded our BBQ to include a whole Hog Roast that will be served starting at 5:30pm.

Drinks, Nachos, Pretzels, and other items will be available.

Fall Festival Craft Fair will feature hand crafted items from SMMA parishioners. The Craft Fair will run from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. If you are an SMMA crafter and would like to have a table at our Craft Fair, please contact Beth Vordtriede at (314) 306-5896. Tables are $25.00 and limited to SMMA parishioners.

Our 50/50 has already started with a total of $1,600 so far and growing. The winner will get half! Raffle tickets are available in the school and church lobbies. If you need tickets, contact Sandy Burke at (469) 639-9763. Watch the bulletin for additional raffle items!

Additional Games, Indoor Bingo and Activities will be offered for “kids” of all ages from 2:00pm – 8:00pm.

The evening will end with Fireworks at 8:30pm.

Seating will be free, with limited tables and chairs available, however, feel free to bring your own chairs and blankets. Parking is free. Since this is a fundraising event with all proceeds going to SMMA Parish, coolers and outside food will not allowed. Advanced ticket sales will be online with pick-up after Masses mid-September.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and labor shortage with our vendors, some events may be subject to change. This will be a primarily outdoor event. Any activities indoor will be subject to appropriate social distancing protocols. Watch the bulletin and website for upcoming news.

Volunteers will be needed and will be solicited through parish organizations and schools, however, if you would like to volunteer to help, contact Jill Vaughn at 314-420-5174.
