Adult Night Friday, June 2nd – with a special invitation to our alumni. The event goes from 6:00 – 10:00pm and features music, BBQ, drinks, and games. Parking is free. Please note – this is an adult event only; you must be 21 to enter Picnic grounds on Friday evening.
Family Celebration Picnic Day June 3rd – Starts with the parade and the picnic grounds open around 9:30am. We will have Rides, Games, Bingo, Field Game, Music, Plant Booth, BBQ, Drinks and Raffle. The night closes with Fireworks at 9:30pm.
Ticket and Ride Bracelet Sales – Online sales for ride bracelets, ticket sales, private shade booths and raffle tickets are open through Faith Direct through Tuesday, May 30th. After May 30th, you can purchase tickets in the school lobby by cash, check, or credit card. Ride Bracelets are $40 in advance, $50 day of. The Ride Company will offer individual $1.00 tickets for rides, most rides will be between 4 – 5 tickets per ride. The private shade booths are $130 (includes chairs/tables). Raffle Tickets are $5.00 each.
Pick-Up for Pre-Sale Orders – You can pick up your ticket orders the weekend of May 27/28 after all Masses, and Wednesday, May 31 – June 3 in the parish lobby from noon – 7pm.
Volunteers – Help! We need volunteers for the Plant Booth, Pull Tabs and Shuttle Drivers. You can sign-up here: Volunteer Sign-up Link
Set-Up and Take-Down – We can use some help on Friday starting about 8:30am to set up the plant booth as well as other booths. We are in desperate need of some new volunteers to help set up the lighting for the booths. If you can help, contact Rich Sartori at 313-422-4069. When the Picnic closes on Saturday night, we need helpers to also take lights down, put signs and booth items away and store supplies. If you can help, call Paul Jasper at 314-402-0689.
Items for Basket Raffles – We are still looking for items to put in our basket raffles. If you have tickets for local venues including Cardinals or St. Louis City SC, please contact Jill Vaughn at 314-420-5174.
Cake Walk – We need cakes for our cake walk! If you can bake/bring a cake, cupcakes, or cookies, please bring them to the School Lobby on Friday June 2, 2023.
50/50 Raffle – The 50/50 Raffle is over $2,200 and growing! Get your tickets in the back of the church or purchase Picnic Day. Tickets are $5.00 each.
